4．演題募集要項：
一般演題を募集いたします。
（締め切りました）
発表時間：質疑応答を含め10分を予定していますが、演題数に応じて変更の可能性があります。全ての発表は韓国語または英語で行なわれます。
Weﾕd like to express our thanks for your lecture at THE 2ND KOREA-JAPAN AESTHETIC SURGERY CONFERENCE in Seoul in April 19. We would be truly grateful for your great cooperation for the prompt and smooth proceeding of the scientific sessions. So, we like to tell you about some notices as follows.
今回の学会では約70名の先生方が発表を行うため以下のルールを適応させて頂きます。
1. Please confirm the session, time, room of your presentation by visiting our website at http://www.cosmeticdr.or.kr and then,

御発表の時間はリンク先を御覧下さい。
2.We feel quite sorry to tell you that we cannot help but reducing presentation time from 15 minutes to 10 minutes except for special lectures. We received about 70 abstracts, which is so difficult to arrange them for only one day congress. Please understand our situation and arrange your presentation for 10 minutes.
持ち時間は当初のご案内と異なり、質疑応答を含む発表時間を１０分と致します（特別な講演を除く）。
3. We will introduce simultaneous translation system between Korean and Japanese during our congress. If you make presentation in Japanese, you should submit your presentation paper ahead for more exact and smooth translation. Please submit it until April 3 by email. If you speak English, do not need to submit your presentation paper. Let us know which one you choose, Japanese or English.
発表言語は英語または日本語とします。同時通訳を入れる関係で日本語で発表する場合は３月31日までに口演原稿（発表する時に読む原稿）を事務局にメールしてください。４月１日の時点で口演原稿をお送り頂けない場合は英語の発表と判断させて頂きます。４月３日に韓国で集計する時点までに原稿が届いていませんと同時通訳が対応できません。
4. Although you can make presentation in Japanese, your Power Point should be made in English.
発表が日本語でも英語でも、PowerPointのデーターは英語で作成してください。
5. Please submit your data(CD, DVD, Memory stick) to the computer operator at preview room one hour before your presentation at least. Preview room is near by the exhibition hall of congress site. The easiest way you can find preview room is to ask our staff at the registration desk and then, they will kindly guide you to the preview room.
PowerPointのデーター（CD, DVD, USBメモリー）は学会当日のご自身の発表１時間以上前に試写室にお持ちください（試写室の場所は受付時にご確認ください）。
6. Be seated in the “Next Speakersﾕ seats” 30 minutes before your presentation.
御発表の３０分前には次演者席にお着きください。
7. On the podium is a laser pointer. This laser pointer has three small function buttons: Top one is for red light, middle one is for page up and third one is for page down. If you donﾕt want to use functions of page up and down of this laser pointer, you can say “Next” to our operator on the site. He(She) will follow your indication.
PowerPointの操作は演壇上にあるレーザーポインターで行います。上のスイッチは赤い指針が出ます。真ん中のスイッチは「次のページに送る」指示、下のスイッチは「前のページに戻る」指示が舞台袖のオペレーターに伝わります。
抄 録：演題名・発表者名(下線を引く)・共同演者名・抄録(300単語以内)を英語で作成の上、住所・電話／FAX番号・所属機関を明記してファックスおよびE-mailで事務局に送って下さい。
日本語でも可能です。日本語の場合は事務局にて英文に変換します。
演題締切：2009年3月8日までに日本美容外科学会事務局必着
E-mailには顔写真を添付してください。
